O&nbsp;<em>bullying<\/em>&nbsp;se mostra como um fator de alto impacto negativo. O presente trabalho tem por objetivo dialogar acerca do fen\u00f4meno do&nbsp;<em>bullying<\/em>&nbsp;nas escolas, tendo a crian\u00e7a negra como centro de an\u00e1lise. Pretende-se apresentar o conceito de racismo recreativo, pois este mostra-se como uma forma de domina\u00e7\u00e3o racial disfar\u00e7ada de humor, gerando sofrimento nas v\u00edtimas e como isso pode afetar diretamente o rendimento escolar, trazendo preju\u00edzos e danos aos alunos a curto, m\u00e9dio e longo prazo. Para tanto, foi realizada uma pesquisa bibliogr\u00e1fica, utilizando as plataformas&nbsp;<em>Google<\/em> Acad\u00eamico, <em>Scielo<\/em>,&nbsp;<em>PEPSIC<\/em>, bem como livros com autores que tratam sobre a tem\u00e1tica do racismo. Dentre os artigos selecionados, foram escolhidos aqueles considerados como tendo maior relev\u00e2ncia em rela\u00e7\u00e3o ao tema. O estudo pretende ainda apontar caminhos para que di\u00e1logos para o enfrentamento possam ser constru\u00eddos atrav\u00e9s do letramento racial, estimulando discuss\u00f5es que desenvolvam projetos que estimulem a equidade, respeito, empatia a todos, sem exce\u00e7\u00e3o de classe social, g\u00eanero e ra\u00e7a\/etnia. Diante de tais pressupostos, o presente estudo evidenciou como possibilidade de interven\u00e7\u00e3o estrat\u00e9gias sobre a import\u00e2ncia do letramento racial. A pesquisa demonstrou a escassez de projetos voltados para o combate \u00e0 discrimina\u00e7\u00e3o racial nas escolas, indicando o longo caminho a ser percorrido no que concerne ao desenvolvimento de estrat\u00e9gias pr\u00e1ticas de interven\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full is-resized\"><a
