Dados recentes indicam que cerca de 30% dos estudantes brasileiros j\u00e1 sofreram bullying. Esse fen\u00f4meno traz consequ\u00eancias graves, como queda no rendimento escolar, ansiedade, depress\u00e3o e, em casos extremos, idea\u00e7\u00e3o suicida. As escolas, como espa\u00e7os de conviv\u00eancia obrigat\u00f3ria, t\u00eam um papel fundamental na preven\u00e7\u00e3o e no enfrentamento desse problema, pois \u00e9 nelas que a maioria dos casos ocorre. Neste projeto de extens\u00e3o, adotamos uma abordagem que combina teoria e pr\u00e1tica, entendendo o bullying n\u00e3o apenas como um conflito isolado, mas como um problema complexo influenciado por fatores individuais, sociais e institucionais. Aqui, optou-se por uma metodologia ativa, onde os pr\u00f3prios alunos tornam-se protagonistas na constru\u00e7\u00e3o de solu\u00e7\u00f5es. O projeto ser\u00e1 desenvolvido em duas escolas p\u00fablicas no Munic\u00edpio de Serop\u00e9dica, com foco em crian\u00e7as e adolescentes de 9 a 14 anos. A metodologia inclui: diagn\u00f3stico Participativo; oficinas interativas, com base nos dados coletados, que estimulem a empatia, a comunica\u00e7\u00e3o n\u00e3o violenta e a resolu\u00e7\u00e3o de conflitos; a escola receber\u00e1 um guia pr\u00e1tico com orienta\u00e7\u00f5es baseadas nas evid\u00eancias coletadas durante o projeto.
