No dia 07 de abril de 2018, considerado por muitos como um marco na hist\u00f3ria pol\u00edtica brasileira, o ex-presidente Luiz In\u00e1cio Lula da Silva se entregou \u00e0 Pol\u00edcia Federal, depois que o ent\u00e3o juiz S\u00e9rgio Moro determinou a sua pris\u00e3o. Entre comemora\u00e7\u00f5es e lamentos, por\u00e9m, muitos brasileiros deixaram passar detalhes dessa longa hist\u00f3ria e por isso, ainda n\u00e3o entendem o que levou o l\u00edder popular para a cadeia.<\/p>\n

Condenado por corrup\u00e7\u00e3o e lavagem de dinheiro, Lula foi acusado pelo Minist\u00e9rio P\u00fablico de receber R$2,2 milh\u00f5es em propina da empreiteira OAS. A vantagem teria sido destinada ao Partido dos Trabalhadores em troca de prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 empresa em contratos na Petrobras. Al\u00e9m disso, a ilegal gratifica\u00e7\u00e3o teria sido paga, de acordo com o MP, como reserva e reforma do tr\u00edplex no Guaruj\u00e1.<\/p>\n

Para os desembargadores, que corroboraram a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o feita pelo MP, ainda que o im\u00f3vel tenha sido escondido das autoridades, foi reservado para o ex-presidente, configurando lavagem de dinheiro.<\/p>\n

Contando com o depoimento do ex-presidente da OAS, L\u00e9o Pinheiro, que baseou a senten\u00e7a de Moro, e com relatos de testemunhas, que afirmaram terem visto Lula e sua mulher, Marisa Let\u00edcia, no triplex, os desembargadores ainda argumentaram que os fatos demonstram compra de apoio pol\u00edtico de partidos.<\/p>\n

De acordo com a senten\u00e7a escrita pelo atual Ministro da Justi\u00e7a, S\u00e9rgio Moro, \u201co acusado recebeu vantagem indevida em decorr\u00eancia do cargo de Presidente da Rep\u00fablica, ou seja, de mandat\u00e1rio maior. Isso sem olvidar que o crime se insere num contexto mais amplo, de um esquema de corrup\u00e7\u00e3o sist\u00eamica na Petrobr\u00e1s e de uma rela\u00e7\u00e3o esp\u00faria com a OAS\u201d. Lula foi sentenciado em 1\u00aa e 2\u00aa inst\u00e2ncia.<\/p>\n

Complicando ainda mais a sua situa\u00e7\u00e3o com a justi\u00e7a brasileira, o petista sofreu a segunda condena\u00e7\u00e3o no \u00e2mbito da Opera\u00e7\u00e3o Lava-Jato, dessa vez no caso do s\u00edtio de Atibaia, interior de S\u00e3o Paulo. Segundo a acusa\u00e7\u00e3o, a Odebrecht, a OAS e a empreiteira Schahin gastaram R$1,02 milh\u00e3o em obras de reforma no s\u00edtio em troca de contratos com a Petrobras. Incluindo 13 acusados, a den\u00fancia incluiu aliados de Lula e executivos da empreiteira.<\/p>\n
