O professor associado do Departamento de Economia da Rural, Lamounier Erthal Villela, faz parte do Programa e conta que atualmente o projeto \u00e9 respons\u00e1vel por formar la\u00e7os e criar redes de relacionamentos, integrando a comunidade e compartilhando informa\u00e7\u00e3o.\u00a0\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">O Minist\u00e9rio do Desenvolvimento Agr\u00e1rio montou um colegiado que depois se transformou no programa de extens\u00e3o. Embora em 2014\u00a0 tenha obtido financiamento, ele hoje atua sem qualquer recurso. Por ter uma natureza interdisciplinar, o programa conta com a participa\u00e7\u00e3o ativa de professores e alunos de diversas \u00e1reas.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">A Secretaria dos Munic\u00edpios da Ba\u00eda de Ilha Grande, a Embrapa, a Secretaria de Agricultura do Estado do Rio de Janeiro e a UFRRJ se uniram no sentido de promover melhorias na regi\u00e3o. Mesmo assim, a agricultura familiar \u00e9 prec\u00e1ria em alguns munic\u00edpios, como \u00e9 o caso de Serop\u00e9dica. Segundo Lamounier, os atores governamentais locais controlam o jogo pol\u00edtico. Al\u00e9m disso,\u00a0 Serop\u00e9dica sedia empresas pouco preocupadas com melhorias locais ou com qualquer desenvolvimento territorial.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">J\u00e1 em Paraty, que \u00e9 patrim\u00f4nio da humanidade e uma cidade que explora o turismo, a economia gira em torno da agricultura familiar, a comunidade est\u00e1 toda integrada e, por isso, \u00e9 mais desenvolvida. Quanto \u00e0 Serop\u00e9dica,\u00a0 representa uma regi\u00e3o com muito potencial e pouco avan\u00e7o. Assim, ao mesmo tempo que prioriza uma festa de quatro dias, o munic\u00edpio sofre com a falta assist\u00eancia na \u00e1rea de sa\u00fade, como exemplifica Lamounier. Ele tamb\u00e9m fala da manuten\u00e7\u00e3o de uma sociedade desinformada e como isso contribui para que n\u00e3o ocorra crescimento territorial.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-weight: 400\">No que diz respeito \u00e0 Rural, \u00e9 oferecido um curso de conselheiros, cuja turma inclui moradores de Serop\u00e9dica, Itagua\u00ed e Mangaratiba interessados em aprender e trocar conhecimentos sobre agricultura. O curso \u00e9 uma oportunidade para aproximar a comunidade e estabelecer rela\u00e7\u00f5es de confian\u00e7a, que \u00e9 o principal aspecto para o sucesso do projeto.
