O debate traz quest\u00f5es como cidadania, mem\u00f3ria, cultura, territorializa\u00e7\u00e3o e a participa\u00e7\u00e3o dos negros e \u00edndios na hist\u00f3ria do Brasil, que ser\u00e3o divididos em meses redondas, confer\u00eancias e oficinas.\u00a0O evento conta tamb\u00e9m com apoio do NEPHS \u2013 N\u00facleo de Estudos da Pol\u00edtica e Hist\u00f3ria Social da UFRRJ, do El Colegio de Michoac\u00e1n, no M\u00e9xico e do Pr\u00f3-\u00cdndio \u2013 UERJ.<\/p>\n<p>O semin\u00e1rio faz parte de uma\u00a0rede de f\u00f3runs que v\u00eam se organizando internacionalmente desde 2006, quando ocorreu o Semin\u00e1rio Internacional Pueblos ind\u00edgenas en Am\u00e9rica Latina, realizado na Argentina. Desde ent\u00e3o, o assunto j\u00e1 foi discutido na Bol\u00edvia(2008), em Portugal (2015); no M\u00e9xico (2014), nos Estados Unidos (2015) e em quatro edi\u00e7\u00f5es no Brasil, pela UFRRJ, al\u00e9m de semin\u00e1rios e congressos nacionais e internacionais (ANPOCS, RBA, RAM, ANPUH; RAM, BRASA, AHILA, ICA, CIPIAL e Congresso Internacional de Etnohist\u00f3ria).<\/p>\n<p>A programa\u00e7\u00e3o inclui meses redondas com especialistas no tema, como a dr\u00aa Mary Karasch,\u00a0cujo campo de atua\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e9 hist\u00f3ria latino-americana
