S\u00f3 se quer amar\u201d, e dos Tit\u00e3s \u201cA gente n\u00e3o quer s\u00f3 dinheiro, a gente quer dinheiro e felicidade\u201d, soando no Espa\u00e7o Cultural Paulo Freire, a professora Patr\u00edcia Freitas, do Departamento de Economia Dom\u00e9stica, deu in\u00edcio \u00e0 palestra \u201cRefletindo sobre o consumo e uso da renda\u201d, no \u00faltimo dia 16.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\">Apesar de come\u00e7ar sua fala com a id\u00e9ia de busca do lazer e da felicidade com a renda, a professora n\u00e3o deixou de criticar gastos impensados e de recomendar certo planejamento. Ela explicou os fatores que tornam o endividamento mais prop\u00edcio: ap\u00f3s o Plano Real, quando segundo a palestrante, o brasileiro passou a \u201cexperimentar a sensa\u00e7\u00e3o de viver com a infla\u00e7\u00e3o reduzida\u201d, ao contr\u00e1rio do que era esperado, grande parte se endividou. A possibilidade de consumir o que antes n\u00e3o era poss\u00edvel, al\u00e9m das facilidades de pagamento em diversas parcelas e a acessibilidade ao cr\u00e9dito completam o cen\u00e1rio.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\">A professora explicou que o aumento do poder aquisitivo \u00e9 diferente da melhoria da qualidade de vida, j\u00e1 que existe quem ganha muito e n\u00e3o sabe administrar. Ela completou dizendo que o dinheiro obtido atrav\u00e9s de cr\u00e9dito \u00e9 f\u00e1cil e r\u00e1pido, mas tamb\u00e9m cobrado.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\">No decorrer da palestra, Patr\u00edcia Freitas enumerou as caracter\u00edsticas da sociedade de consumo, que consagra o novo, estimula a insaciabilidade, produz novidades cada vez mais r\u00e1pido e, como uma bola de neve, envolve o consumidor em um mundo onde produtos s\u00e3o \u201csonhos\u201d, mas cada compra leva \u00e0 desilus\u00e3o e ao descarte, na medida que logo um novo e melhor produto surge.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\">Em meio \u00e0 sociedade de consumo, n\u00e3o \u00e9 dif\u00edcil que o indiv\u00edduo, em sua \u00e2nsia de suprir seus desejos, gaste mais do que recebe. A professora citou o setor de endividados do Procom, que lida com casos de pessoas ganhando um sal\u00e1rio m\u00ednimo e chegando a ter d\u00edvidas de R$ 20 mil.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\">A solu\u00e7\u00e3o para n\u00e3o atingir esses extremos, como demonstrou a professora, \u00e9 simples, mas nem por isso f\u00e1cil: or\u00e7amento. De acordo com ela, a dificuldade de fazer um or\u00e7amento consiste na falta de h\u00e1bito, no desconhecimento da import\u00e2ncia dessa pr\u00e1tica, na vontade de obter resultados imediatos e no desconforto de encarar a pr\u00f3pria realidade financeira. Ainda assim, esse \u00e9 o passo principal para a obten\u00e7\u00e3o do equil\u00edbrio entre gastos necess\u00e1rios e gastos com lazer. Deve-se definir objetivos e, para alcan\u00e7\u00e1-los, poupar onde n\u00e3o \u00e9 preciso gastar.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: 'Trebuchet MS', sans-serif\">Para a professora, tanto quanto ajustes matem\u00e1ticos, s\u00e3o necess\u00e1rios ajustes nos h\u00e1bitos. Ela ensinou que um bom or\u00e7amento deve suprir as necessidades e desejos e tamb\u00e9m prever o futuro. Consiste na rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre a soma das receitas (no caso de uma fam\u00edlia) e os gastos mensais. Ele envolve planejamento, prioriza\u00e7\u00e3o e controle.
