O evento fez parte da XII Semana de Engenharia Florestal (SAEF) e teve seu foco direcionado para a import\u00e2ncia da preserva\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental e do uso sustent\u00e1vel dos recursos naturais. &nbsp;Participaram da discuss\u00e3o o agr\u00f4nomo Robson Mus, o pesquisador da Embrapa, Luiz Fernando de Moraes, e o representante do Instituto Terra Ambiental, Maur\u00edcio Ruiz, integrante do Comit\u00ea Rio de Florestas.<\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"color: black\">O tema central do debate girou em torno das poss\u00edveis consequ\u00eancias da nova proposta do C\u00f3digo Florestal, redigido pelo deputado Aldo Rebelo (PC do B). As quatro principais mudan\u00e7as geraram pol\u00eamica entre \u00f3rg\u00e3os ambientais, mobilizando inclusive a ex-candidata \u00e0&nbsp;Presid\u00eancia pelo Partido Verde (PV), Marina Silva, que definiu o novo texto como \u201c<\/span><span style=\"color: #333333\">o maior retrocesso da hist\u00f3ria da legisla\u00e7\u00e3o ambiental brasileira.\u201d<\/span><\/div>\n<p><\/span><span style=\"color: #333333\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<p><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\">Os estudiosos procuraram debater os males que a nova reda\u00e7\u00e3o pode acarretar e discutiram possibilidades de posicionamento contr\u00e1rio \u00e0 aprova\u00e7\u00e3o do c\u00f3digo. As cr\u00edticas alcan\u00e7aram a frente parlamentar da bancada ruralista, que segundo Robson Mus, deseja aprovar o C\u00f3digo de forma r\u00e1pida, evitando assim que ele crie uma instabilidade jur\u00eddica no agroneg\u00f3cio. Os principais pontos comentados no encontro foram: a \u201creserva legal\u201d (garantia da biodiversidade de \u00e1rea agr\u00e1ria); as \u201c\u00e1reas consolidadas\u201d (n\u00famero de \u00e1reas desmatadas para atividades rurais), e as duas mais pol\u00eamicas, a altera\u00e7\u00e3o da regulamenta\u00e7\u00e3o  das APPs , as \u201c\u00e1reas de preserva\u00e7\u00e3o permanente\u201d (terrenos protegidos por sua  vulnerabilidade natural) e a \u201canistia aos desmatadores\u201d.<\/div>\n<p><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"margin: 0cm 0cm 12pt\"><\/p>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\"><span>&#8211; N\u00f3s devemos manter a responsabilidade dos que infrigiram a lei ambiental. Essa reda\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo Florestal \u00e9 uma trag\u00e9dia pelas premissas falsas, pois n\u00e3o h\u00e1 dicotomia entre a \u00e1rea de conserva\u00e7\u00e3o &nbsp;ambiental e a expans\u00e3o da \u00e1rea de produ\u00e7\u00e3o de alimentos \u2013 afirmou Luiz Fernando, o \u00faltimo debatedor a expor a sua opini\u00e3o sobre o assunto.<\/span><\/div>\n<p><span><\/span><\/p>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><span>O debate contou com a presen\u00e7a de representantes da&nbsp;FEAB (Federa\u00e7\u00e3o dos Estudantes de Agronomia do Brasil), GTERRA (Grupo de Estudos e Trabalhos em Ensinos de Reforma Agr\u00e1ria), ABEEF (Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Brasileira dos Estudantes de Engenharia Florestal), GAE (<\/span><span>Grupo de&nbsp;<\/span><span><span style=\"font-size: small\">Agricultura Ecol\u00f3gica<\/span><b>)<\/b>, Grupo Pontes (grupo de diversidade sexual) e da Associa\u00e7\u00e3o Ervadoce, al\u00e9m do p\u00fablico em geral,&nbsp;que abrangeu outros cursos interessados na&nbsp;pol\u00eamica quest\u00e3o agr\u00e1ria.&nbsp;<\/span><\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>por Kilber Moreira O debate sobre a altera\u00e7\u00e3o do C\u00f3digo Florestal reuniu especialistas sobre o assunto no Sal\u00e3o Azul (P1) da UFRRJ.
