Os convidados para compor a mesa, Vin\u00edcius Esperan\u00e7a e Vin\u00edcius Gon\u00e7alves, s\u00e3o\u00a0ex-orientandos do Programa de P\u00f3s-Gradua\u00e7\u00e3o em Ci\u00eancias Sociais da UFRRJ que fizeram pesquisa\u00a0sobre a militariza\u00e7\u00e3o do espa\u00e7o publico e interven\u00e7\u00e3o nas garantias de lei e ordem que j\u00e1 tinham existido no Rio de Janeiro.<\/p>\n<p>A mesa come\u00e7a \u00e0s 18h e \u00e9 uma iniciativa do Observat\u00f3rio Fluminense,\u00a0um n\u00facleo de pesquisa voltado para estudar a Baixada Fluminense,\u00a0 Zona Oeste, regi\u00f5es do entorno da Rural e periferias em geral.
