(29), que teve como tema <i>Ergologia do Jornalismo: O jornalista como trabalhador<\/i>, come\u00e7ou ao som da famosa can\u00e7\u00e3o <i>Briga na Avenida Beira Mar<\/i>, do calouro de jornalismo Jonas Victor Ohana de Miranda. Agradando tanto aos alunos, quanto aos palestrantes, Ohana agradeceu o carinho dos presentes.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif\">Em seguida, a mesa foi formada por Jupy J\u00fanior, jornalista do jornal <i>O Foco<\/i> e mestre em Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o pela Universidade Federal Fluminense (UFF); e Roseli F\u00edgaro, doutora em Ci\u00eancias da Comunica\u00e7\u00e3o pela Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo (USP) e pesquisadora do projeto \u201cComunica\u00e7\u00e3o e Trabalho. As mudan\u00e7as no mundo do trabalho nas empresas de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d. A media\u00e7\u00e3o foi  de \u00c9dison Gastaldo, professor do curso de Jornalismo da UFRRJ.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif\">Jupy J\u00fanior come\u00e7ou sua explana\u00e7\u00e3o falando das dificuldades enfrentadas pelo profissional de jornalismo atualmente. Segundo ele, dentre as maiores &#8220;barreiras&#8221; est\u00e1 a falta de estrutura f\u00edsica para o trabalho, como tamb\u00e9m a baixa remunera\u00e7\u00e3o. Apesar dos problemas, o jornalista destacou que \u00e9 muito feliz na profiss\u00e3o e que ela tem aspectos positivos:<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif\">&#8211; Eu aprendi muito sendo jornalista, pois esta profiss\u00e3o permite que as pessoas tenham olhares diferenciados sobre o mundo.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif\">Na sequ\u00eancia, foi a vez da professora Roseli F\u00edgaro mostrar como a profiss\u00e3o de jornalista est\u00e1 mudando nos \u00faltimos tempos. Al\u00e9m disso, redu\u00e7\u00e3o de m\u00e3o-de-obra e maior estresse, o que reduz tanto o mercado de trabalho quanto a remunera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif\"><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span style=\"font-family: Trebuchet MS, sans-serif\">Na vida particular, apenas cerca de 10% dos profissionais de comunica\u00e7\u00e3o conseguem fazer planos para longo prazo, e 26% n\u00e3o conseguem fazer qualquer tipo de planejamento. Segundo Roseli, a pesquisa revela que 48% dos jornalistas, quando entram na internet, v\u00e3o diretamente trabalhar, estudar ou comprar.
