Realizado no audit\u00f3rio Gustavo Dutra durante a tarde e in\u00edcio da noite, o evento foi mediado pela professora Graciela Garcia, do Departamento de Hist\u00f3ria e Economia do Instituto Multidisciplinar. Al\u00e9m da doutora em Hist\u00f3ria pela UFF, estiveram presentes os professores Andrey Cordeiro (CPDA\/UFRRJ) e Alexandre Mendes (ICHS\/UFRRJ).<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\">Ap\u00f3s abertura e sauda\u00e7\u00e3o do coordenador geral do DCE Douglas Nobre, o professor Andrey fez sua apresenta\u00e7\u00e3o, e discorreu sobre a import\u00e2ncia da reflex\u00e3o pol\u00edtica dos recentes movimentos sociais. Al\u00e9m disso, o professor do CPDA criticou a posi\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado brasileiro de criminalizar qualquer fator nas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es que fugisse \u00e0quilo que \u00e9 considerado \u201cdentro da legalidade\u201d.<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\">&#8211; O Estado e o sistema pol\u00edtico vigentes s\u00f3 reconhecem a legitimidade dos atos que operam na legalidade, o que d\u00e1 ao nosso sistema um car\u00e1ter de autoritarismo. \u2013 afirmou Andrey, que tamb\u00e9m identificou em sua fala blocos ou bandeiras presentes nas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es. Por exemplo, a reivindica\u00e7\u00e3o direitos sociais e corre\u00e7\u00e3o de injusti\u00e7as hist\u00f3ricas, como as que sofrem os grupos negros e LGBT. Outra bandeira seria a ruptura com o exerc\u00edcio pol\u00edtico sempre reprimido no pa\u00eds. Por\u00e9m, Andrey Cordeiro endossou a ideia geral de que \u00e9 dif\u00edcil identificar lideran\u00e7as e \u201ccaras\u201d para o movimento.<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\">Ainda para o professor, o modelo de desenvolvimento neoliberal institu\u00eddo no pa\u00eds pelos governos recentes tende a erodir os direitos de diversos grupos presentes em nosso cen\u00e1rio social. Tal fator contribui para pressionar os governos para reestrutura\u00e7\u00f5es legislativas.<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\"><strong>Legisla\u00e7\u00e3o e tra\u00e7o militar<\/strong><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\">O professor Alexandre Mendes tomou a palavra em seguida para criticar o aparato repressor do Estado. O discurso do professor dirigiu-se \u00e0 viol\u00eancia que funciona como resposta para movimentos sociais, e num sentido sempre verticalizado:<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\">&#8211; A viol\u00eancia \u00e9 vista como aceit\u00e1vel quando \u00e9 aplicada pelo Estado na sociedade. Nos parece absurdo, mas essa ideia \u00e9 legitimada pela sociedade, e at\u00e9 mesmo aceita. \u2013 aponta o mestre em Direito.<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\">No que diz respeito \u00e0 Constitui\u00e7\u00e3o, o docente apontou resqu\u00edcios da ditadura militar, bem como uma militariza\u00e7\u00e3o presente em setores como o judici\u00e1rio. E contra a repress\u00e3o, foi enf\u00e1tico sobre a import\u00e2ncia o direito de resist\u00eancia, que deve se insurgir contra a ordem constitucional vigente, com vistas de transform\u00e1-la.<br \/>&#8211; O Estado baseia suas leis na prote\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 propriedade privada. E militariza-se para cobrir as contradi\u00e7\u00f5es que sua base legal gera. \u2013 atentou Alexandre Mendes, enunciando tamb\u00e9m a imposi\u00e7\u00e3o do Estado em rela\u00e7\u00e3o \u00e0 processos de constituinte. A estudante de Direito, D\u00e9bora Gon\u00e7alves, questionou a mesa sobre a cobertura dedicada \u00e0s manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es fora das grandes capitais, e o fator do medo da repress\u00e3o ser maior, por ter uma menor visibilidade. O professor do departamento de Hist\u00f3ria, Francisco Gouvea, tamb\u00e9m perguntou sobre as assembleias populares, e os protestos com poucas pessoas, de diversos setores da sociedade.<br \/>A resposta do professor Andrey girou em torno da import\u00e2ncia de manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es fora do eixo Rio-S\u00e3o Paulo-Belo Horizonte, e da import\u00e2ncia das assembleias populares:<\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\"><\/div>\n<div style=\"line-height: normal;text-align: justify\">&#8211; Apesar de muito importantes, essas manifesta\u00e7\u00f5es que n\u00e3o as de grandes capitais sofrem com essa militariza\u00e7\u00e3o, esse aparato repressor, de forma at\u00e9 mais abusiva. N\u00e3o h\u00e1 um controle, um ordenamento do trabalho realizado pela pol\u00edcia, por exemplo.
