Aconteceu \u00e0s 14 horas da ter\u00e7a-feira, 15, o evento Revisitando o Regime Militar,<\/i> no audit\u00f3rio Paulo Freire do ICHS. Com a media\u00e7\u00e3o do diretor do Instituto Ricardo de Oliveira, cada palestrante teve seu tempo de fala para abordar diversas quest\u00f5es dos tempos de repress\u00e3o – tema que voltou \u00e0 tona com o anivers\u00e1rio de 50 anos do Golpe, e tem sido comentado pelos corredores da Rural desde que se soube que a Universidade serviu de local de tortura no passado.<\/span><\/div>\n

O presidente da Comiss\u00e3o da Verdade Waldih Damous foi o primeiro palestrante da tarde, e refor\u00e7ou o compromisso do Estado com a democracia de revelar exatamente o que aconteceu durante os 20 anos da ditadura, j\u00e1 que o principal motivo da exist\u00eancia da Comiss\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 pol\u00edtico, e sim humanit\u00e1rio: o desaparecimento de presos pol\u00edticos. Apesar disso, segundo o presidente, o Estado ainda trata a Comiss\u00e3o com descaso. Continuou pontuando informa\u00e7\u00f5es interessantes a respeito da \u00e9poca, como, por exemplo, o fato de a \u00fanica universidade que teve um reitor afastado foi a UFRRJ; e tamb\u00e9m de o presidente Jo\u00e3o Batista Figueiredo saber do atentado ao Riocentro com um ano de anteced\u00eancia. Sobre a coer\u00eancia interna entre os militares, surpreendeu ao dizer que “a categoria que mais sofreu com o Golpe foi a de militares que n\u00e3o aderiram a ele”.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Na segunda palestra, a pesquisadora Leonilde Medeiros (CPDA \/ DDAS \/ UFRRJ) falou a respeito da repress\u00e3o sofrida pelos trabalhadores do campo. Segundo a palestrante, o foco sobre os representantes da esquerda durante a ditadura n\u00e3o foi a explica\u00e7\u00e3o para a falta de visibilidade do movimento dos trabalhadores do campo. E na palestra seguinte, ainda discutindo quase o mesmo assunto, a pesquisadora Marta Cioccari (UFRJ) apresentou Retratos da repress\u00e3o no campo<\/i>, apontando que s\u00f3 na zona de Pernambuco, por exemplo, 38 dos 40 sindicatos sofreram fortes interven\u00e7\u00f5es.<\/span><\/div>\n<\/div>\n

Finalizando o evento, o palestrante Jean Sales (IM \/ UFRRJ) apresentou informa\u00e7\u00f5es sobre as lutas armadas durante o regime militar.”O debate sobre a luta armada no Brasil aconteceu imediatamente ainda nos anos 70 com os pr\u00f3prios militantes atrav\u00e9s de jornais e imprensas”, afirmou.
