Organizado pelo Diret\u00f3rio Acad\u00eamico de Economia (DAECO), o evento ser\u00e1 composto por palestras, minicursos e diversas atividades acad\u00eamicas. Segundo Diego Lagomorfo, aluno do 7\u00ba per\u00edodo de Economia e um dos organizadores, a Semana promete ser \u201ca melhor dos \u00faltimos oito anos\u201d.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><\/span><br \/><span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>O encontro, que acontece uma vez ao ano, geralmente no \u00faltimo semestre, aborda temas diferentes. Em 2014, o escolhido foi \u201cA retrospectiva e perspectiva para a economia brasileira\u201d, que debater\u00e1 a transi\u00e7\u00e3o econ\u00f4mica do s\u00e9culo, passando do governo FHC ao atual governo Dilma. No \u00faltimo dia do evento, ocorrer\u00e1 uma mesa de debates com docentes de diferentes cursos da UFRRJ que falar\u00e3o de temas como: viol\u00eancia, educa\u00e7\u00e3o, reforma agr\u00e1ria e o que esperar para os pr\u00f3ximos quatro anos, entre outros. V\u00e1rias palestras paralelas durante a SEMAECO tamb\u00e9m discutir\u00e3o temas ligados \u00e0 \u00e1rea econ\u00f4mica. Temas como o Plano Real permeiam as discuss\u00f5es que ser\u00e3o apresentadas pelos palestrantes, assim como a influ\u00eancia do saber pol\u00edtico e sua liga\u00e7\u00e3o direta com a economia nacional e mundial.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><\/span><br \/><span><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Apoiadores como o Banco Central (BC) e pelo menos onze empresas est\u00e3o comprometidas com o sucesso da SEMAECO 2014, patrocinando o encontro. Entre elas, Wizard, CVM e TCE.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Para participar, o estudante deve pagar a taxa de inscri\u00e7\u00e3o no valor de R$ 20,00. Com esse passaporte, o aluno ter\u00e1 direito a tr\u00eas minicursos e acesso ilimitado a todas as palestras.&nbsp;<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Est\u00e3o \u00e0 frente, como respons\u00e1veis pela organiza\u00e7\u00e3o, por meio do DAECO, tr\u00eas discentes do curso de Economia: Diego Lagomorfo (7\u00ba per\u00edodo), Jandir Palhano (5\u00ba per\u00edodo) e Madson Santos (3\u00ba per\u00edodo).
