A tarde de palestras foi elaborada pelos<span style=\"color: red\"><a href=\"http:\/\/epl.org.br\/\" target=\"_blank\">Estudantes Pela Liberdade<\/a> <\/span>(EPL), um grupo apartid\u00e1rio com ideais liberalistas, atuante em diversas universidades no pa\u00eds, e implantado na Rural recentemente. Os professores Rodrigo Mezzomo e Bernardo Santoro, ambos ligados \u00e0 \u00e1rea jur\u00eddica, foram os escolhidos para debater sobre, respectivamente, privatiza\u00e7\u00f5es e reforma agr\u00e1ria.<b><\/b><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>De acordo com o mestre em Teoria e Filosofia do Direito pela UERJ<span style=\"color: red\"> <a href=\"http:\/\/www.institutoliberal.org.br\/author\/bernardo-santoro\/\" target=\"_blank\">Bernardo Santoro<\/a><\/span>, ser contra a propriedade privada \u00e9 algo il\u00f3gico.Isso porque cada ser humano tem, basicamente, o corpo como pr\u00f3pria propriedade.&nbsp; Al\u00e9m disso, o docente explicou que o direito \u00e0 propriedade privada faz parte da democracia.Santoro, que tamb\u00e9m \u00e9 professor de Economia Pol\u00edtica, esclareceu quest\u00f5es pertinentes, como a <i>maximiza\u00e7\u00e3o dos consumos coletivos<\/i>. Voc\u00ea sempre poupa, por\u00e9m seu vizinho costuma gastar sempre muito, e o pre\u00e7o da conta a cada dia sobe mais. Nesse caso, sempre vai haver algu\u00e9m beneficiado e algu\u00e9m prejudicado.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Bernardo Santoro citou o caso da enchente em Xer\u00e9m (2013) para explicar a rela\u00e7\u00e3o entre escassez de produtos e seu encarecimento. O palestrante lembrou que, ap\u00f3s o alagamento, o pre\u00e7o da \u00e1gua aumentou bastante. Mas depois da reclama\u00e7\u00e3o dos moradores, o valor voltou a diminuir, o que gerou o r\u00e1pido esgotamento do estoque. <\/span><br \/><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>-Produtos mais caros devem ser consumidos de maneira parcimoniosa.<\/span><br \/><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Mestre em Direito pela Universidade Mackenzie- SP,<span style=\"color: red\"> <a href=\"https:\/\/www.facebook.com\/pages\/Rodrigo-Mezzomo\/376654295757023?fref=ts\" target=\"_blank\">Rodrigo Mezzomo<\/a><\/span> disse ser a favor das privatiza\u00e7\u00f5es. Isso porque, segundo o professor, ap\u00f3s os ajustes necess\u00e1rios, todas as institui\u00e7\u00f5es privatizadas no Brasil tiveram um maior crescimento.&nbsp; Ao definir a situa\u00e7\u00e3o atual do Brasil, Mezzomo afirmou: <\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>-N\u00f3s escolhemos a mis\u00e9ria! Porque o nosso texto constitucional nos leva a um estado grande. E um estado grande que limita seu povo, porque s\u00e3o os pobres que pagam impostos. Ent\u00e3o, vem o pessoal do PSOL e PT e diz que v\u00e3o aumentar os impostos sobre as ind\u00fastrias, mas esses valores s\u00e3o sempre repassados aos consumidores. Ou seja, aos pobres.<\/span><br \/><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><a href=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-44p7MCD5LDY\/VSSry_D_hQI\/AAAAAAAAC34\/xqftHvO5Mug\/s1600\/DSC_0051%2B-%2BC%C3%B3pia.JPG\" style=\"clear: left;float: left;margin-bottom: 1em;margin-right: 1em\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" border=\"0\" src=\"http:\/\/1.bp.blogspot.com\/-44p7MCD5LDY\/VSSry_D_hQI\/AAAAAAAAC34\/xqftHvO5Mug\/s1600\/DSC_0051%2B-%2BC%C3%B3pia.JPG\" height=\"297\" width=\"320\" \/><\/a><span>Contr\u00e1rio aos ideais esquerdistas, o professor definiu diversos problemas gerados pela gest\u00e3o governamental. Para ele, ag\u00eancias reguladoras do Governo, como a Ag\u00eancia Nacional de Sa\u00fade Suplementar (ANS), n\u00e3o incentivam o crescimento de pequenos empreendimentos, criando oligop\u00f3lios e monop\u00f3lios.<\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span><br \/><\/span><\/div>\n<div style=\"text-align: justify\"><span>Rodrigo Mezzomo tamb\u00e9m defendeu a meritocracia, caracter\u00edstica do sistema privado. Segundo ele, a entrada de profissionais por concurso p\u00fablico \u00e9 composta, principalmente, por pessoas com alto padr\u00e3o de vida.
